19. Referral Program
Invite other sellers to Inkica with your referral link. When they place orders, you earn 5% of what they actually pay for their orders for 12 months from the day they sign up. The commission is added straight to your Inkica wallet.
Get your referral link
- In the left menu, under Finance, click Referrals.
- In Your referral link, click Copy link.
- Send the link to friends or share it in your groups.
The person opens the link and creates an account (with email or Google). After their first sign-in, they count as referred by you. You get the notification New seller joined through your link.

The Referred sellers table lists everyone you referred (email partly hidden), with a status:

The Commission history table records every time commission was added to your wallet: month, seller, order spend and commission.
When commission is added
- Commission on each month’s orders is added on the 1st of the month after next (Vietnam time). For example, October orders are credited on December 1.
- Inkica waits one month so cancellations and refunds are settled before the commission is added.
- If an order is refunded after its commission was added, that amount is taken off your next payout.
- Each time, you get the notification Referral commission added. In Wallet, the transaction shows as Referral commission.
Which orders count
- Orders the referred seller pays for from their Inkica wallet, shipping included.
- Amounts from cancelled or refunded orders don’t count.
- Shipping labels bought on their own and AI Studio credits don’t count.
Good to know
- Commission can be used to pay for orders on Inkica. It can’t be withdrawn as cash yet.
- The link only works for new accounts: the person must sign in for the first time within 7 days of creating their account. Each account has one referrer, and it can’t be changed.
- You can’t use your own link.
- Inkica can remove referrals from fake or duplicate accounts. Commission already added stays, but nothing more is paid for that seller.
