13. Amazon-specific features

For Amazon, Inkica currently focuses on syncing orders so you can handle fulfillment (see Process orders) — unlike other marketplaces, Amazon orders don’t update in real time yet, so click Sync orders now and then (at the top of the Orders tab in the shop details) to fetch the latest orders.
⚠️ Inkica doesn’t automatically report tracking numbers back to Amazon yet — after the order ships, update tracking directly in Seller Central. Also, because Amazon isn’t part of the scheduled periodic sync, if the access permission expires you need to reconnect the shop (see Connect your shop).
Go to Shops → choose your Amazon shop to see:
- Details — shop information.
- Orders — orders from this shop.
- Stats — sales figures.
- Mappings — set up in advance which SKU matches which product, so new orders match automatically when they arrive.
Managing listings/products on Amazon isn’t available in Inkica yet — do it directly in Amazon Seller Central as usual.
